Art and Life
“ The source of art is not found in the subjective feeling and the creative process, according to the abstract expressionists but in the everyday physical environment and aims to erase the distinction between art and life in the artist’s consciousness, who understands everything as a section. “ ¹
The way of working against the realization of the installation, can be characterized as gestures (Abstract Expressionism), often devoid of elements of absolute beauty and stylistic homogeneity. References can be found in Dadaism (Duchamp), the Fluxus (Beuys), and Environments, which are particularly helpful in the social context: the overthrow of routine in life as well as in art, through creation of a new culture, concepts of process and ephemeral.
The monster of Persephone is the main conceptual research, analyzing and uncompromising the anthropological dimension of the myth. It focuses primarily in human dimensions such as wedding, death and traumatic separation of mother and daughter. Sadness, anger, love and death.
